Chapter 13, Article 13.06 of the City's Code of Ordinances allows, by Permit, a customer to water newly planted lawns/landscape outside their allowable watering day but not between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. All permits will be rescinded during Drought Stages 1, 2, and 3.
To request a Permit, customers must submit, in person, at City Hall:
If approved, the Permit is valid for 30 days from the date of permit issuance.
