Inspections
Overview
Pursuant to City ordinance, inspections are required for:
To schedule an inspection call (210) 698-0900. Inspections are done to ensure that the project is in compliance with City ordinance and state regulations. The inspection costs are included in the permit fee.

Completion of Inspection
At the completion of each inspection, the inspector will leave an approval / disapproval form at the job site. The status of your inspection will be indicated on the form. If you have a box checked that requires a correction, that item must be corrected and inspected again for compliance before the project can proceed.

Room Remodel / Addition
- Plumbing rough-in
- Foundation pre-pour
- Framing, Electrical, Mechanical
- Plumbing top-out
- Water / Sewer line and tap
- Insulation certificate
- Final (certifcate of occupancy)
