Proposed Golf Cart Ordinance

As a Council and staff, we are committed to fulfilling our residents desires to protect our quality of life. Continued allowance of the operation of golf carts on public streets is one of the unique quality of life characteristics we wish to protect.

Trapping of Feral Hogs

In an effort of the City’s proactive approach to the encroachment of feral hogs in the Cibolo Creek area, ongoing operations of hog trapping within the city limits and in coordination with Camp Bullis is occurring.

Stage 1 Drought Contingency Plan in Effect

Due to weather conditions and water consumption, the City of Fair Oaks Ranch Utilities has reached the threshold for the Stage 1 Drought Contingency Plan. Surcharges will go into effect for consumption beginning August 1, 2017.

Stage 1 Drought Contingency Plan implements a surcharge on Fair Oaks Ranch Utilities residential customer consumption greater than 25,000 gallons in a month and provides additional restrictions.
