City Projects

The City of Fair Oaks Ranch is dedicated to improving the quality of life for its residents through a variety of infrastructure and community projects. These initiatives are aimed at enhancing public services, providing modern amenities, and preserving the unique character of our city.

Current City Projects

  • Post Oak Development: The proposed development will consist of single-family homes built on one-acre lots, and will include a Public Improvement District (PID).
  • Flock Safety System: The City is installing the Flock Safety Camera System at all major entrances to our City. These cameras will utilize License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to support public safety efforts
  • Gateway Feature: Developing an iconic entrance to our city that represents the city's rich history and identity.
  • Willow Wind/Red Bud Hill & Rolling Acres Trail Water Line Replacement: This project will replace approximately 5,600 feet of aging water mains along Willow Wind Drive/Red Bud Hill and Rolling Acres Trail.
