This announcement pertains to an update to the City of Fair Oaks Ranch's annual street maintenance program schedule.
This year's annual street maintenance Micro Seal project will take place from September 11 to September 19. Please reference the attached schedule and flyer for more details. Please remove all vehicles from the street and parking areas prior to your area's project start date. After application of the seal coat, please avoid driving on the surface until the road has been reopened, as this could damage your vehicle and the road. Residents are encouraged to drive slowly and avoid hard cuts and turns.
